  I visited the store today intending to buy a new phone, but unfortunately my experience with one of the staff members was disappointing. The lady who assisted me came across as quite unprofessional and was not very helpful. Her attitude felt rude and dismissive, and it seemed like she was not interested in helping or explaining the available options. Good customer service is very important when making a purchase like a phone, but in this case I felt disrespected and unsupported during the interaction. Because of this experience, I changed my mind about buying the phone today. I hope the store can improve its customer service in the future, as a more friendly and helpful approach would make a big difference for customers.
